Logging in to the new look Internet Banking site will remain the same, using your PIN and password.

If you have not already set up Multi-Factor authentication we recommend you add the extra layer of security to your online banking by requesting a One Time Password or a security token. Read more here.

Once logged in you will see the site looks a little different but has all the same features as before.

You can view your balances, transfer money, pay bills, send and receive secure messages between our team and view your personal banking statements.

If you are a regular user of Mobile Banking, our site specifically designed for mobile devices, there will be no need to select that option in the future, as the new site will take you directly to our Internet Banking site which is now more compatible and easier to use with all mobile devices.

The new mobile-friendly Internet Banking site will contain features that regular Mobile Banking users did not have access to previously including access to data sharing with Open Banking; the ability to change your PIN; and access to secure messaging with our team during business hours.

Please always access Internet Banking through our website themutual.com.au. rather than saving the URL.

Troubleshooting: If you are having trouble accessing Internet Banking, please refresh your browser.

If you have any questions about the new Internet Banking site, please reach out to our Hunter-based Contact Centre Team on 1300 688 825 during business hours.
