Combined Buildings and Contents Insurance gives you cover for both your home and certain items inside it.

Buildings Insurance covers both the dwelling you live in, plus other buildings on your property - like sheds and garages.

Contents Insurance covers you for a wide range of items inside your home.

The quickest and easiest way to make a claim is to contact CGU Insurance directly on 13 22 94. Claims can be lodged 24 hours / 7 days a week.

Enquiries on existing claims can be made from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm local time.

This depends on the type of policy you’ve taken out. CGU Insurance has prepared a Product Disclosure Statement below for each home insurance level of cover, which sets out exclusions applicable to the relevant policy.
