If you’ve lost your card or it was stolen, you can immediately block it and request a replacement.

The Mutual App

  1. Open The Mutual App
  2. Go to ‘Cards’ and select your card
  3. Change your card status from ‘unlocked’ to ‘locked’

You can also order a replacement card by selecting ‘Replace Damaged Card’
