Our history

Founded in 1888 by a group of passionate Maitland locals, The Mutual Bank was established with the mission to ensure that financial investment stayed within the local area.

You can do your day to day banking on your Everyday Account Australia wide with Bank@Post.

The Bank@Post facility allows you to pay bills, deposit cheques, deposit and withdraw from your account at over 3,500 Post Offices across Australia.

To access your Everyday Account through Bank@Post all you need is a Mutual Visa Debit Card linked to your account.
