Notices of Meetings and Annual Reports

You can choose how you receive communications from The Mutual Bank, including notices advising you about Annual General Meetings and other meetings of members, as well as The Mutual Bank’s Annual Financial Report.

Attending meetings allows you to play a part in governing The Mutual Bank, ask questions and vote on resolutions either in person or by appointing a proxy. The Annual Financial Report contains information on The Mutual Bank’s financial position and performance, how efficiently The Mutual Bank is being managed, and the financial risks to which it is exposed.

You may make separate elections for notices of meetings and annual reports, and you may change your preferences at any time.
