1. Log in to Internet Banking.
2. Go to Send Money > International Transfer.
3. Choose an existing payee or add a new recipient.
4. Select the recipient’s country.
5. Enter the recipient’s bank details: SWIFT/BIC code or bank name and city, Account number or IBAN
6. Enter the amount (in foreign currency or AUD).
7. Review the exchange rate and select the purpose of payment.
8. Submit the transfer. If it’s a new payee, you’ll be asked to verify with an SMS One Time Password or token.
9. You can also enter your email to receive a receipt.

Note: Special characters (e.g. Élodie) are not supported. Please enter names using standard characters (e.g. Elodie).
