COVID-19 and Keeping You Safe

As the Greater Sydney outbreak continues, in our neighbouring metropolitan city, we take this opportunity to remind you of the measures we have in place to keep our members, team, and community safe.

Branch operations – We understand that not everyone can or wants to bank online. And, therefore, our branches at Dungog, East Maitland, Maitland, Mayfield, Raymond Terrace, and Rutherford remain open for members to access a full range of banking services six days per week. Please note that our Edgeworth Branch is temporarily closed during the Hunter Region's lockdown.

Safety measures – We ask that all members and visitors check-in using the QR code on display (we also have paper registers if you are without a digital device) and adhere to the 4 square metre physical distancing rule – we have signage in our branches to assist you with this.

Bank anywhere, anytime – Where possible during this pandemic, and particularly if you are feeling unwell, we encourage members to use alternative ways to access your money including The Mutual App, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Phone Banking. Services such as Mutual Debit and Credit Visa Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are also available.

Financial hardship support – If you or your business is experiencing financial hardship, we remind you that our team is here to help you overcome financial stress and difficulties. We will do our best to help you which may include putting you in touch with public support services that can assist you with your situation.
